When you call Central Office, and are put on hold, you'll hear the golden tones of Maxwell Elementary Spanish Immersion students  Danielle, Devin, Murphy, Shelby, and Zoe. They will tell you about successes and special recognitions of Fayette County students! Thanks to the translations of teacher Alicia Guerra, and the work of computer lab manager Cliff Tibbitts, the messages are now bilingual!

The recordings were made during school Wednesday, March 19 (if you listen closely, you can sometimes hear classroom and hall noises), and edited and mixed over the next few days. Music was provided by Mr. Jones. The entire track can be heard as streamed audio (click on the icons at left to play):
