Educational Media and Consulting of Ky  exists to promote the use of media production in the classroom in support of student learning. The Kentucky Public Service Announcement 2008 Video Contest is offered in coordination with Elaine Harrison, Kentucky Department of Education's state Student Technology Leadership Program Coordinator.  Prizes will be awarded to the elementary, middle, and high school class, club, or organization for their programs’ use of media production to produce the winning public service announcement.
