| The Literary Book club
is meant as a place for students to share their love of reading.
Reading great books opens new worlds to all who wish to enter. As
the teacher, you can influence and control each child's reading
experience.
Before any child can use the Literary Book Club, they must enroll
in a class. This requires that you set up at least one class from
the link above. You may set up as many classes as you need and all
of your classes are listed to the left. By clicking on the class,
you will see all of the students who have registered in that class
as well as pertinent information. If a student moves or switches
classes, you can click the Unenroll link in the table.
As part of the submission process, students have the ability to
stop at any point and save their work. You as a teacher also have
the ability to add comments as the student progresses and approve
finished submissions. You can view each student's work when you
view your class information. Clicking on a student's name will show
you all the work they have completed and any work that is in progress.
As the teacher, you are the best judge of a child's best work and
you are responsible for approving the submissions. By clicking on
the titles marked as "Completed, Awaiting Approval" you
will see the review and have the option to approve it and/or add
comments to it.
